Terms of use

Effective October 4, 2026 · NobleHearth Community LLC

Using this website

This website introduces NobleHearth programs, provides contact information, and lets you request support or send a message. Use it respectfully, provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or send abusive or automated submissions.

Support requests and availability

An application asks our team to review your needs. It does not guarantee eligibility, a housing placement, financial assistance, a referral, or funding. Availability depends on your circumstances, program resources, and review. Our team can explain relevant options and next steps.

A verified receipt means the backend saved your request. It does not mean the request has been approved or that staff have reviewed it. An email confirmation is a separate delivery step and can fail even when a request was saved.

Contact and appointments

A message or request to speak with our team is not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are 30 minutes, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM in Indianapolis time, and may be booked up to 60 days ahead. A time is confirmed only after the scheduling service verifies the calendar and the receipt shows confirmed. A pending appointment is held while calendar verification is completed. Contact our team to cancel or change a booking and to confirm phone or in-person arrangements. Call the main office at (317) 496-1480 if you need clarification or help submitting a request.

Automated assistance

The AI voice assistant provides automated guidance and may make mistakes. It must identify itself as AI and use the same program information as the website. Ask for a person when you need clarification. An assistant cannot guarantee assistance, approve an application, or claim an action was completed without confirmation from the connected service.

Using the website does not require speaking with the AI assistant. You can call the intake hotline at (317) 350-1611, contact the office, or use the written forms.

Urgent situations

This website and its online forms are not emergency dispatch services. For immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call 988. For community resource information, call 211. Do not wait for an online form response when immediate help is needed.

Your information and external services

Read our privacy policy before sharing personal information. Keep submission references for your own use and do not publish them with personal details. Links to external maps or other services take you to providers with their own policies. Website content is provided to explain services.
